Job summary

SV Design is seeking an Architectural Project Manager in Beverly, MA to lead mid- to large-scale commercial, institutional, and multi-family projects from concept through construction.

You will serve as the primary client contact, oversee design, documentation, and construction administration, mentor junior staff, and ensure delivery on schedule and budget while maintaining SV Design's standards for quality and creativity.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience on commercial, institutional, or multi-family projects.
• Professional degree in Architecture; licensure preferred.
• Office in Beverly, MA with in-person work required.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid- to large-scale projects from concept through construction.
• Coordinate with consultants, manage schedules, budgets, and staffing.
• Prepare and review construction documents in Revit and ensure quality.
• Serve as primary client contact and oversee project delivery.
