Qualifications

• 3+ years experience managing architectural millwork or wood panel projects.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications.

• Experience with veneer panels or commercial millwork.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for assigned jobs after handoff from sales.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope for completeness.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor bottlenecks and proactively adjust.
• Provide updates on schedule, material status, and delivery timing.

Skills

3+ years experience managing architectural millwork or wood panel projects

Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications

Strong understanding of millwork production processes

Highly organized and deadline-driven

Comfortable making decisions without constant supervision

Clear and professional communication skills

Experience with veneer panels, high-end residential, yacht interiors, or commercial millwork

ERP system experience (JobBOSS, NetSuite, or similar)

Field experience or installation knowledge

Purchasing or estimating background
