What Success Looks Like at 3VThe right candidate will not simply measure existing processes. They will continually challenge them. When they see a craftsman drilling a repetitive pattern by hand, they ask, "How can we engineer this into the CNC process next time?"When they see a process repeated from project to project, they ask, "How can we standardize it?"When they see work requiring exceptional skill, they ask, "How can we reduce complexity and make this easier to manufacture?"They view every project as an opportunity to improve the next one.
