We are a group of innovative designers, engineers, fabricators and project managers who collaborate to design and build national projects with high visibility.

The Millwork Draftsman will engineer products to maintain safety and manufacturability, coordinate with Design to realize concepts, and drive projects

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering experience in millwork/woodworking.
• Experience producing working drawings for production and installation.
• Able to accept and respond quickly to changing demands.
• Must display a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
• Motivated, flexible and dependable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and organize work.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Engineer products to maintain effectiveness including safety, features, cost-effectiveness and manufacturability.
• Coordinate with the Design Department to make conceptual ideas become a reality.
• Complete engineering projects per the established schedules.
• Streamline process from shop drawings to fabrication.
• Handle complex designing and drafting assignments under minimal supervision.
• Participate in project meetings and provide assistance as needed.
