Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for the Architectural Metals division in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead the full lifecycle of projects, coordinating with Superintendents and the Operations Team to maximize efficiency and meet budget targets.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of PM experience in architectural sheet metal/building envelope, plus a 4-year CM/Architecture/Engineering/Business degree or equivalent. Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Min. 8 yrs experience as PM in architectural sheet metal/building envelope
• Experience with high-end architectural sheet metal materials/systems
• 4-year degree in CM/Architecture/Engineering/Business preferred
• Experience with metal wall panels, architectural metal and metal roofing
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Project

Responsibilities

• Direct role in customer relations and sales
• Project selection and strategy
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Set up and manage project contracts, budgets and costs
• Coordinate manpower, materials and equipment
• Ensure specifications and building codes are met
• Ensure field crews meet Flynn Safety plan
• Manage production reports and weekly updates to field supervision
• Manage RFIs, change orders and contract documents
• Maintain relationships with customers and consultants
• Develop and monitor quality control documents such as shop drawings and submittals
