DIHO Consulting USA, LLC. is seeking skilled metal finishers to grind, polish, and finish architectural metals in a fabrication environment.

You will read shop drawings, achieve specified finishes, and inspect work for quality, coordinating with welders and fabricators to ensure standards are met. Ideal candidates have experience with stainless steel finishes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in metal finishing, polishing, grinding, or architectural metal fabrication.
• Experience finishing stainless steel preferred.
• Knowledge of grinding, sanding, blending, and polishing techniques.
• Ability to produce consistent finishes on high-visibility components.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a fabrication team.
• Experience with architectural railings or decorative metals is a strong plus

• Inspect completed work for quality and appearance.
• Coordinate with welders and fabricators to meet quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Duties:

Grind, polish, blend, and finish stainless steel, aluminum, and other architectural metals.

Finish handrails, guardrails, posts, frames, brackets, and custom fabricated components.

Blend welds and seams to create smooth, consistent, high-quality finishes.

Achieve specified finishes, including brushed, satin, and polished finishes.

Remove scratches, weld marks, discoloration, and surface imperfections.

Use grinders, sanders, polishers, abrasives, hand tools, and other finishing equipment.

Read shop drawings and understand project finish requirements.

Inspect completed work for quality, consistency, and appearance.

Coordinate with welders and fabricators to ensure components meet quality standards.

Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

Previous experience in metal finishing, polishing, grinding, or architectural metal fabrication preferred.

Experience finishing stainless steel is highly preferred.

Knowledge of proper grinding, sanding, blending, and polishing techniques.

Ability to produce consistent finishes on high-visibility architectural components.

Experience using grinders, sanders, polishers, and other finishing tools.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Ability to identify and correct surface imperfections.

Ability to work independently and as part of a fabrication team.

Experience with architectural railings, decorative metals, or custom metalwork is a strong plus
