Job summary

MG2 Corporation, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking an Architectural Job Captain to join our Client Programs Market team in Seattle, WA. You will lead development and execution of architectural construction documents and coordinate with consultants through all design phases.

The role emphasizes project and client leadership, QA/QC, and close collaboration with internal teams to meet design intent and contract requirements. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 6+ years in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience using Bluebeam, Miro and Teams for collaboration.
• Experience coordinating architectural construction documents and QA/QC.
• Ability to read/write English for project communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and coordination of contract deliverables and drawings.
• Ensure work aligns with contract, design intent, and MG2 standards.
• Coordinate with external consultants and internal teams across all design phases.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, field reports, and project close-out.
• Support QA/QC reviews and maintain documentation standards.
• Assist with project specifications aligned to scope and budget.
• Provide administrative support like agendas, minutes, and trackers.
