Job summary

You will manage schedules, liaise with engineers, oversee code compliance, and guide junior staff while delivering complete, coordinated CD sets for commercial projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional, commercial architectural experience including project management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, CAD standards, and documentation procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and production of complete construction document sets.
• Serve as primary liaison with engineering consultants for cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Manage and maintain project schedules from design through permitting.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Oversee code compliance and quality control throughout all phases.
