We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Job Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop residential designs from schematic presentations through construction documents and administration.
• Produce accurate and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.
• Ensure design compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to a creative and supportive team environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 3-5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong drafting and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of residential building codes and construction methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
