Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Architectural Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
• Previous Internship or Co-op experience preferred but not required
• Internship or classwork experience in Revit and/or AutoCAD preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Assist Architects with site and space planning for construction project managers
• Review building code, local zoning, and park covenants
• Prepare presentation drawings as required
• Attend client meetings, coordinate with construction project managers and engineers
• Review project scope
• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
