Job summary

At AtkinsRéalis, an Architectural Intern in our Alexandria, VA office, joins a team supporting all project phases from schematic design to construction administration. Qualifications

• No experience is generally required if accepted into an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of projects, from schematic design through construction administration.
• Assist with the development of graphics for presentations and reports.
• Provide AutoCAD and Revit support by incorporating redline markups into construction documents.
• Conduct occasional site visits to assess existing facilities and support new project development.
• Perform project-related research to support design decisions and finish material selections.
• Assist with construction administration activities, including submittal reviews, project filing, and document organization.
