Job Description

We are seeking Architectural Interns to join our Coral Gables, FL and San Francisco, CA studios. Summer internships provide students with exposure to real projects, interdisciplinary design, and best practices. Interns work under a project manager and mentor, contributing to meaningful projects and learning how the organization operates within the greater AEC environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify architectural deliverables as directed.
• Develop presentation and design drawings to convey design intent.
• Develop 3D models as directed.

Qualifications

• Strong 3D modeling skills (SketchUp, Rhino, and Revit).
• Proficiency in rendering software (Vray, Lumion, and 3D Studio Max).
• Proficiency with CAD/BIM drafting software (AutoCAD and Revit).
• Advanced knowledge of BIM or parametric design is an asset (Revit, Dynamo, Grasshopper).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to sketch and develop design ideas graphically.
• Ability to discuss and communicate ideas with verbal and graphic clarity.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Experience

• Currently enrolled in an architecture or related degree program.
• Previous work experience in the AEC industries preferred but not required.
