Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $138,000.00/yr

Position Overview

The Architectural Healthcare Project Manager will oversee the planning, design, and execution of healthcare-related architectural projects. This role is critical in ensuring that projects meet the specific requirements of healthcare facilities while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage healthcare architecture projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulatory requirements, and healthcare standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, engineers, and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently to meet deadlines and financial targets.
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to assess project viability.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Implement best practices for facility planning and construction management in healthcare environments.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of facility planning, building codes, and regulatory compliance related to healthcare.
• Experience with construction management and design coordination in healthcare settings.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• LEED Certification and familiarity with sustainable design practices is preferred.
• Excellent client relations and communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing project teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.
