Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an architectural or AEC office.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for construction documentation.
• Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards and detailing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and consultant drawings.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Produce architectural drawings in Revit including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Assist in developing permit and construction document sets.
• Update drawings based on architect redlines, consultant input, and field conditions.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, civil, and landscape disciplines.
• Maintain Revit models in accordance with office BIM standards.
