Responsibilities

• Draft a full set of plans for Construction by internal deadlines.
• Peer redline review.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for task completion and efficiency.
• Draft custom options and HSP layouts.
• Draft updates / changes / miscellaneous.
• Review truss layouts, foundation plans, and wall panels.
• Create presentations for Sales team.
• Submit master permits in all jurisdictions.
• Review and approve interactive floor plans and renderings.
• Framewalking houses.
• Meet internal deadlines, as assigned.
• Always look, dress and speak professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
