Job summary

Ireland Architects is seeking an experienced architectural drafter to join our Springfield, MO team. We emphasize a true 40-hour work week and a culture that respects personal time.

You’ll contribute from day one, focusing on accurate construction documents and collaborative, process-driven design work. With 5–10 years of drafting experience and strong Revit skills, you will help our firm deliver projects while maintaining clear standards and professional teamwork.

LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER

40 hours means 40 hours.

• You have 5–10 years of architectural drafting experience and can contribute from day one.
• You are strong in Revit and understand architectural detailing: not just how to draw it, but why it goes together.
