Lars Remodeling & Design is seeking an Architectural Drafter for our San Diego office to join a growing team of professionals. This full-time, on-site role involves project management, redlines, field measurements, as-built drawings, and coordination with Residential Designers to keep projects on schedule.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Architecture or related field, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and strong organizational skills, with no telecommuting allowed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is required.
• Working knowledge of design principles, materials, construction techniques and building codes.
• Strong organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lars Remodeling & Design, an award-winning home remodeling company in San Diego, specializing in residential remodels and new home construction, is seeking an Architectural Drafter to join our growing team of professionals. This is a full-time, office-based position. No telecommuting. No consulting. Please do not apply if you are unable to work in our San Diego office.

Responsibilities

The Architectural Drafter is responsible for project management, administrative tasks, redlines, field measurements, as-built drawings, scanning and filing, and field verifications. This position will work under the direction of the Residential Designers to keep projects progressing, on task and on schedule in every aspect or phase of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Environmental Design or related field.
• Working knowledge of basic design principles, materials, construction techniques and building codes.
• Construction background preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

Salary: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year, based on experience.
