Job summary

Cook & Boardman, LLC is seeking an installer to fit architectural doors, frames, and hardware, including toilet accessories, partitions, and lockers. You will follow supervisor guidance, assemble Division 8/10 products, and ensure installations meet manufacturer and warranty requirements.

The role requires reading measuring tools, excellent communication, and a cooperative attitude. Training on new materials and methods will be provided, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some installation experience with doors, frames, and hardware or Division 10 products.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Must hold a valid Connecticut driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install doors, frames, hardware, toilet accessories, partitions and lockers per supervisor instructions.
• Work independently or with others to install Division 8/10 products as assigned.
• Follow manufacturer directions and warranty requirements for installations.
• Track time and materials for each installation project.
