Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional architectural experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B Arch or M Arch) preferred.
• Experience with healthcare projects is desirable.
• Strong conceptual and schematic design skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations by defining and exemplifying quality standards through design reviews and mentoring.
• Inspire radical thinking and creativity across the studio to drive impactful design.
• Provide hands-on design work for 1-2 projects from concept to construction.
• Review and critique projects to ensure design quality and lead firm-wide peer reviews.
• Present compelling design stories to clients and peers.
• Network internally to enhance collaboration and design quality.
• Apply latest design/visualization methods and technologies.
• Champion proper process design and empower designers to lead with PMs and PAs.
• Develop expertise in a single typology while applying sound design methods.
• Collaborate across disciplines for integrated design delivery.
