Harman Deutsch Ohler Architecture in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Designer to contribute technical design across residential, mixed-use and commercial projects.

You will plan and design structures, develop deliverables from conceptual design through design development, and collaborate closely with clients, consultants and contractors. On-site inspections are part of the role, with opportunities for professional licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited school.
• 3+ years of experience in residential, mixed-use, and/or commercial design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus; knowledge of building codes and accessibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate and recommend design solutions.
• Develop deliverables including conceptual design, schematic design, and design development documents.
• Carry out assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Conduct on-site inspections and perform other duties as assigned.
