Job summary

Perkins Eastman, a global design firm, is seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in a hybrid-friendly environment. The role focuses on conceptual design, master planning, and translating ideas into compelling visuals through hand sketches and digital presentations.

You will own key design aspects on major projects, lead technical design efforts, and mentor junior staff while maintaining hands-on involvement. Strong Revit and visualization skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in architecture.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, graphics, organization, technical and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist project teams in developing aesthetic and technical design, including drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Project Designer for assigned projects.
• Contribute to master planning for mixed-use and complex environments.
• Establish a working process to preserve design intent throughout the project.
• Coordinate design consultants to achieve cohesive outcomes.
• Meet with clients and present design concepts and progress.
