Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
• Willingness to communicate and collaborate with multiple disciplines and stakeholders including vendors, clients, and contractors.
• Eagerness to learn about the AEC industry and apply academic knowledge to real-world engineering applications.
• Interest in the Food & Beverage or Life Sciences industry is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work under the direction of an assigned mentor to develop and implement project deliverables.
• Assist with 3D modeling and design, conduct field investigations, perform red-to-black markup/review tasks.
• Produce discipline deliverables such as floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, interior and exterior elevations and sections, schedules, and installation details following CRB’s VDC standards.
• Work on multiple architectural assignments simultaneously, collaborating closely with architectural staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop project documents including calculations, reports, construction drawings, and specifications in coordination with regulatory bodies and industry standards.
• Assist with conceptual design development and coordinate with the design team under project lead direction.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and internal and external team members such as vendors, clients, and contractors.

Your Role

About You
