Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Commercial Architectural Design.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, Google Earth, Bluebeam.
• Knowledge of building codes and ability to research zoning/regulations.
• Ability to read civil drawings and site condition drawings.
• Site planning principles including vehicle circulation and drainage.
• Ability to design and draw site plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and production of site planning concepts.
• Perform zoning code research and coordinate drawings with architecture and civil teams.
• Design, refine, and review site plans for land developments.
• Meet with clients and internal teams to discuss goals and adjustments.
• Present design options to clients and strengthen client relationships.
• Mentor and train assigned staff and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
