This full-time role focuses on developing architectural design and construction documents using Revit, collaborating across disciplines, and supporting projects from programming through construction administration. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of architectural experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, and strong Revit/BIM capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related technical degree.
4+ years of relevant architectural experience.
Strong Revit and BIM experience.
Experience with project coordination and construction documentation.
Preferred: LEED AP/WELL AP, Adobe Suite, Enscape, SketchUp, Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

Develop architectural design and construction documents in Revit.
Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, development, and construction teams.
Support projects from programming through construction administration.
Apply building codes, design principles, detailing, and constructability requirements.
Lead/participate in design, consultant, and project team meetings.
Resolve technical, coordination, and scope-related issues.
Support QA/QC, code reviews, specifications, and material/finish selections.
Mentor and guide junior staff.
