Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; Master’s preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge.
• Ability to manage deadlines and budgets as directed.
• Strong graphic/visualization skills to communicate ideas.
• Proficient in Revit; able to teach others KWA Revit standards.
• Preferred experience in Enscape and Lumion.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of the architectural design process from schematic to construction documents.
• Work with the construction team under supervision.
• Prepare graphic materials for presentations or documents.
• Create 3D models using Revit per KWA standards.
• Develop details aligned with design direction.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and team to ensure quality control.
• Receive edits from project manager or Architects and revise drawings.
• Understand zoning, building codes, and accessibility codes.
• Maintain and organize project documentation.
• Assist in construction document production and coordination.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
