Job summary

Kaas Wilson Architects in Phoenix is seeking a full-time Architectural Designer to assist in all phases of the design process, from client presentations to construction documents, under supervision. A bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of experience are required.

Responsibilities include creating 3D models in Revit, coordinating with project teams, and supporting production standards. Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and strong communication are essential in a fast-paced studio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.
2–3 years of relevant experience required.
Proficient in Revit and ability to teach others Revit standards.

Responsibilities

Assist in the delivery of the architectural design process from schematic/design development to construction documents and coordination.
Assist with administrative and organizational tasks.
Prepare or assist with graphic materials for presentations or documents.
Create 3D models using Revit, following KWA production standards.
Develop details consistent with the design direction and project quality.
Collaborate with Project Manager and team to ensure quality control standards are met.
Incorporate zoning, building codes, and accessibility considerations into drawings.
Maintain and organize project documentation and communications.
Assist in construction document production and coordination.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
