VCBO Architecture seeks an Architectural Designer II to join our Hawaii office. You will contribute to design development and documentation, growing independence while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and clients.

You will apply architectural design principles and industry standards, with emphasis on Revit documentation, quality control, and collaborative problem solving as you advance toward leadership on projects.

Qualifications

• Professional experience that demonstrates growing independence in architectural design documentation and coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit architectural documentation and project coordination.
• Knowledge of architectural design principles, technical coordination and industry standards.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with project teams, consultants and clients.
• Strong organization and follow through when managing assigned project responsibilities.
• Interest in continued professional growth and sharing knowledge with less experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to project design and documentation with increasing independence.
• Coordinate defined project components with internal teams, consultants and clients.
• Balance design intent with technical requirements and practical project considerations.
