Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience at an architecture firm.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites upon request.
• Experience working on high-end residential architecture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day to day project management.
• Prepare construction drawings for contractors and permit agencies.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering and design consultants.

Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Strong interest in modern & contemporary architecture

Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
