Job summary

A design and architecture firm seeks an Intermediate Architectural Designer to lead drawing production and manage design execution in Los Angeles. This role involves project management tasks, including consultant coordination and ensuring technical quality during all design phases. Candidates should have a degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and strong communication skills are essential. The salary range is $60,000 - $80,000 a year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in design development, architectural design, documentation, and detailing; residential experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to drive coordination across multiple parties.
• Strong organizational systems (tracking, documentation discipline, version control).
• California Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Lead drawing production and coordination, uphold technical quality, and manage day-to-day design execution.
• Produce and coordinate presentations, drawing sets, and renderings from concept through permit and construction support.
• Support permitting processes in Los Angeles and other jurisdictions.
• Create and maintain design schedules and lead coordination with consultants.
