Job summary

TYG is seeking an Architectural Designer for its Orlando team. This role targets professionals with 1–4 years of experience to contribute across a diverse project range while collaborating with architects, engineers, and design teams.

You will work on design development and construction documents, coordinate drawings in Revit and related software, and assist with permitting, bidding, and construction administration. A strong emphasis on mentorship and career growth is highlighted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in an architectural firm.
• Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
• Basic understanding of building construction, detailing, and codes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ambition to learn, develop, and progress within a collaborative practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design development and construction document production.
• Develop and coordinate architectural drawings using Revit and other design software.
• Assist with permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
• Participate in site visits and support project teams through various phases.
• Apply building codes, construction methods, and industry standards to assigned work.
• Work alongside experienced professionals who will support your technical and design development.
