Job summary

Cline Design Austin is seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our busy, growing team. The role focuses on organizing content for construction documents, coordinating with project teams, and advancing from SD to CA with supervision, while gaining independence.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Architecture, 3+ years of experience in multi-family or mixed-use projects, and strong Revit and visualization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of experience in architecture.
• Experience with multi-family and mixed-use projects is a plus.
• Proficiency in Revit and 3D visualization software.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize, prepare content for CD packages.
• Review schedule for professional services as prepared by supervisor.
• Understand the entire project process from SD to CA.
• Gain exposure to design phase activities, including renderings.
• Work closely with the PA/PM from start to finish.
• Under supervision may manage small projects and coordinate consultants.
• Understand roles and consultant types required for each project.
• Observe project meetings and develop meeting notes.
• Support AXP/ARE exam progression and related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
