Job summary

You will develop concepts, layouts, and documentation, coordinating with engineers, project managers, and contractors to deliver cohesive drawings and models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of architectural design experience, internships included.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for drawings and documentation.
• Understanding of building materials, methods and detailing.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections and presentation materials.
• Produce accurate drawings and 3D/BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD or comparable software.
• Assist with schematic design, design development and construction documentation.
• Coordinate drawings and models with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Assist with material, finish, fixture and equipment selections.
