Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field (or equivalent).
• Architectural license required for Architect title; unlicensed considered as Architectural Designers.
• 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Experience with commercial, multi-family, or mixed-use projects preferred.
• Experience supporting design, coordination, and documentation across multiple project phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural design concepts and produce coordinated drawings and construction documentation across project phases.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain design intent from schematic through construction documentation.
• Support project leadership in client meetings and site visits.
• Ensure documentation aligns with design intent, scope, and standards.
• Participate in quality control and coordination across models, drawings, and documents.
