Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
• Experience leading design coordination across multiple project phases.
• Experience with commercial, multi-family, or mixed-use projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings and construction documents across all project phases.
• Coordinate architectural work with internal teams, consultants, and clients.
• Independently develop architectural details and technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and zoning regulations.
• Support construction phase activities including site visits.
