Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required
• Licensed Architect preferred
• LEED/ WELL certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand design requirements
• Lead project programming to set goals and scope of work
• Generate creative and innovative design concepts
• Produce sketches, mood boards, and visual representations
• Utilize advanced 3D modeling software to create detailed designs
• Develop renderings and visualizations to communicate design intent
• Participate in client presentations and meetings
• Iterate design concepts based on feedback
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and others to integrate design elements
• Produce construction documents and assist permitting
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings during DD and CD phases
• Source materials and provide product details for specifications
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and standards
• Stay informed on trends, materials and construction techniques
• Source materials and finishes from vendors
• Foster communication within project team and with clients
• Assist project managers with budgeting and delivery tracking
• Contribute to design-related issue resolution
• Assist in construction administration of design items
• Perform other design-related duties
