Job summary

Origin is seeking a designer with 4–7 years of architectural experience to lead design development from programming through construction administration in New York. You will model in Revit, create visualizations, coordinate documentation, and collaborate across teams.

The role supports a remote-possible, NYC-based environment, with an annual salary of $75,000 to $95,000 and a focus on commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or retail projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Four to seven years of experience in an architecture or interior design firm, with a focus on commercial office, mixed use, hospitality, or retail projects.
• Experience in all phases of architectural services from Programming through Construction Administration.
• A collaborative and professional approach to the work.
• Strong proficiency in Revit for three dimensional modeling, visualization, and documentation, including a meaningful understanding of parameters, family development and work-sharing.
• Comfortable learning and applying new digital tools, workflows, and techniques into daily practice.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and direct the work efforts of project teams a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, Revit and AutoCAD required.
