Job summary

You will collaborate with Project Managers and staff to ensure accurate documents, code compliance, and effective execution from design intent through construction administration.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of post-graduate professional experience in an architectural or A/E firm.
• Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or B.S. in Architecture) required.
• High proficiency in Revit is strictly required; Enscape, Bluebeam and MS 365 preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in construction detailing and building envelope systems.

Responsibilities

• Construction Documentation: prepare and coordinate accurate construction document sets using Revit.
• Construction Detailing: produce buildable details for complex building components.
• Consultant Coordination: coordinate plans with structural, civil, and MEP drawings to avoid conflicts.
• Code Compliance: research and apply local codes, life safety codes, and zoning bylaws.
• Construction Administration: assist with CA tasks, review shop drawings, and conduct site visits.
