Ware Malcomb is seeking an Architectural Designer in Dallas, TX, to assist in developing and producing design concepts through 3D renderings, computer illustrations, and drafting. You will contribute to design packages and research materials to ensure accuracy and high-quality elements aligned with project goals.

The role emphasizes collaborative, team-based design with familiarity in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in the field of Commercial Architectural Design.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Sketch-up and Revit skills.
• Familiarity with presentation, photo editing and modelling software.
• Model making and illustration abilities preferred.
• Basic understanding of site and building design.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction methods.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and produce design concepts and graphics.
• Create 3-D renderings, computer illustrations and drafting.
• Assist in developing design concepts through studies (2-D and 3-D).
• Contribute to planning packages and material documentation.
• Support research and documentation of materials and specs.
