Job summary

Vivid Arc is seeking an experienced Junior Architect to join our team. You will assist in planning and designing renovations and new construction for commercial and residential spaces, producing drawings, and tracking responsibilities and special conditions each project may have.

You will collaborate with engineers and clients to deliver comprehensive construction documents. The ideal candidate is resourceful with an eye for detail, motivated to excel, and proficient in Revit and CAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• 3–5 years of experience in an architecture firm; portfolio preferred.
• Proficient in Revit and CAD software.
• Working knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Meeting deadlines and communicating progress.
• Produce feasibility studies and design proposals.
• Create detailed blueprints and architectural plans.
• Communicate with team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends, building codes, and regulations.
