Role Description

The Architectural Staff role is a full-time, in‑office position based in St. Louis, MO offering flexibility in hybrid remote work schedules. This role supports project teams by assisting with the development of architectural drawings, models, and documentation from concept through construction. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include preparing construction documents, coordinating with engineers and other disciplines, and updating project files. The Architectural Staff member will participate in internal reviews, help integrate design solutions across divisions, and communicate with project managers to ensure alignment with client requirements and project schedules. The role provides opportunities to learn from experienced architects and engineers while contributing to a variety of commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to support project documentation and design development

• Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with project teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam) and basic understanding of building codes and standards.
