Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited program, or currently pursuing a degree.
• 2-5+ years of experience in architectural drafting, design, and construction document production.
• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience with rendering/visualization software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design, and production of architectural projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, models, and construction documents using Revit.
• Support project teams through all phases of design and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
• Participate in site visits, field investigations, and construction phase support activities.
• Assist with rendering, presentation materials, and design visualization efforts.
• Contribute to maintaining project quality, schedules, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members in a positive and professional work environment.

Passero Associates is seeking an Architectural Designer to join our growing Architecture team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the aviation, institutional, commercial, municipal, and multi-family residential markets.

The ideal candidate is a motivated design professional who is passionate about architecture, enjoys collaborating in a team environment, and is eager to contribute to projects from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design, and production of architectural projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, models, and construction documents using Revit.
• Support project teams through all phases of design and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
• Participate in site visits, field investigations, and construction phase support activities.
• Assist with rendering, presentation materials, and design visualization efforts.
• Contribute to maintaining project quality, schedules, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited program, or currently pursuing a degree.
• 2-5+ years of experience in architectural drafting, design, and construction document production.
• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, or similar rendering and visualization software is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for occasional site visits.
