Our team provides services including Creative Design, Project Management, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Structural Analysis and Engineering. We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Designer who is passionate about the design process, to join our team in White Plains, NY.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers
• Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants
• Prepare presentation materials including drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design concepts
• Review project scope with construction project managers
• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
  
  

Necessary Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required, plus 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Revit experience required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, Enscape, Lumion), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience producing construction drawings is required
