Job summary

Tesla is seeking an architectural designer to join its Creative Design team. The role involves crafting design concepts and leading visualization of people space projects from concept to final presentation, ensuring proposals meet Tesla design standards.

The candidate will be a multidisciplinary problem solver with experience in space planning, rendering, FF&E, and concept packaging, delivering high-quality visuals and compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite & Powerpoint.
• Ability to produce 3D visualizations and renders.
• Understanding of all engineering disciplines.
• Proven record in delivery of IFP and IFC packages.
• Experience designing Workplace, Space Planning.
• Ability to effectively execute many projects and tasks in parallel.

• Maintain space planning team design process workflow

• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate in feasibility studies, develop test fits and FF&E packages
• Develop design concepts and pricing packages. Translate design briefs and architectural plans into detailed 3D models and visually compelling presentations
• Post-production editing to refine rendered imagery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the various cross-functional teams to ensure overall program alignment

What To Expect

We are seeking a skilled architectural designer with strong creative design and visualization background to support the Creative Design team. This role is responsible for creating design concepts and leading the visualization of people space projects from concept to final presentation. You will be a hands-on creative designer ensuring that the architectural proposals meet Tesla design standards.

Expected Compensation

$116,000 - $210,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
