Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking an experienced Design Project Manager / Architectural Project Manager to lead architectural design and construction projects from concept to closeout. The role requires hands-on use of Autodesk Revit and Bluebeam Revu, and a solid grasp of commercial and industrial construction.

You will bridge design, engineering, and field teams, ensuring design concepts translate into code‑compliant, constructible buildings while managing scope, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience under a licensed architect.
• Experience leading architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Strong proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam Revu for docs and coordination.
• Familiarity with codes, standards, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and technical requirements.
• Oversee development of drawings, specs, and construction documents in Revit.
• Manage multiple projects and align with client expectations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil teams and handle RFIs and submittals.
