Job summary

HDR's Architectural Design Intern program offers real-world experience on exciting projects in Seattle, with mentoring and opportunities to connect with company leaders. You will assist under supervision, participate in the design process, and help develop concepts and construction documents using REVIT and Rhino.

The role requires current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
Attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Active participant in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

Perform assignments under direct supervision of an Architect/Project Manager.
Participate in the architectural design process and develop presentation graphics.
Prepare construction documents.
Follow design development drawings and collaborate for technical details.
Complete code reviews under direction of an Architect.
Advance 3D digital models for projects in REVIT and RHINO.
Perform other duties as needed.
