Job summary

Arvest Bank is seeking an Architectural Design Coordinator 2 to manage renovation and construction projects from concept to completion. You will lead schematic design, coordinate with Property Managers, Bank associates, and vendors, and prepare CAD and Revit drawings for approvals while upholding Arvest design standards and relevant codes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Interior Design or Architecture, CIDQ certification, and at least 7 years of commercial interior design or project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture related field.
• CIDQ certification.
• 7 years of experience in commercial interior design, construction project coordination, facility coordination.
• 10 years of experience without NCIDQ certification.
• AutoCAD and/or Revit experience.
• Working knowledge of building and ADA codes.
• Military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.

Responsibilities

• Manage project coordination for assigned renovation and construction projects; create and maintain schedules, coordinate vendors and internal teams, attend site visits, prepare field reports, review proposals and submittals.
• Lead schematic design packages and interior design packets on construction projects and present to stakeholders for approval.
• Provide budget information for interior furnishings and materials.
• Provide design and branding recommendations and layouts for non-construction projects and acquisitions.
• Develop and maintain prototype management projects, Arvest graphic standards, master specifications and guideline updates.
• Document and measure properties and prepare accurate Revit models; upload to CAFM for office use.
