Job summary

LS3P in Columbia, SC is seeking a Construction Administrator to join our team. You will work with Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Teams to bring architectural concepts to life. You will administer Owner-Contractor Agreements and travel to project sites across the Carolinas.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, NAAB accreditation preferred, and about 5 years in construction phase services. A Registered Architect is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited university.
• 5 years of construction phase services experience preferred.
• Registered Architect or ability to become Registered Architect is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of applicable codes and AIA documents.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate Construction Documents across all disciplines.
• Coordinate and perform construction phase services with project teams and clients.
• Travel to project sites throughout the Carolinas.
• Mentor and manage design and construction teams.
• Support client relations and project profitability.
