The role involves working on all phases from Pre-Design through Construction Administration, coordinating documentation, and producing precise drawings and models under senior guidance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Master of Architecture, solid Revit experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD or Rhino.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in architecture.
• At least 3 years of full-time professional experience post-graduation.
• At least 3 years solid Revit experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, or other architectural and design software is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, time management, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a classical architecture firm is a plus.
• Must be able to commute to New York office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Be an essential part of a project team working on all phases of a design project from Pre-Design through Construction Administration
• Assist in project coordination and the production of project documentation
• Assist with survey and analysis of existing site conditions
• Produce drawings with direction from the design team
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and senior members to produce deliverables accurately and on time
• Prepare for and attend meetings with clients and consultants, record decisions, and issue notes
• Assist in coordination efforts with other project professionals
• Develop drawings and models through all phases from Pre-Design to Construction Administration
• Develops clear drawings from a Revit model
• Possesses the ability to build thoughtful, parametric model families in Revit
• Communicate effectively in written and oral formats
• Self-check own work and the work of other team members for completeness and accuracy
