You will help produce complete permit and construction drawing sets, coordinate with engineering partners, and work closely with the Design Lead and Preconstruction Team to move projects from concept to construction.

This long-term role emphasizes technical drawing, accuracy, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in architectural drafting or production.
• Experience in residential construction (custom homes or remodeling).
• Experience producing full permit/construction drawing sets.
• Ability to think in terms of the entire home, not just isolated spaces.

Responsibilities

• Translate concept designs into complete permit and construction drawing sets (10-15+ pages).
• Prepare accurate, code-conscious architectural plans for City of Denver submittals.
• Coordinate structural sheets with engineering partners.
• Execute detailed, high-accuracy construction plans.
• Collaborate with Design Lead, Preconstruction Team, and Leadership.
