Tantillo Architecture is a Philadelphia based award‑winning architectural firm. Our clients have relied on us to design their office headquarters, restaurants, homes, hotels, fitness centers, apartment buildings, office buildings, amenity spaces, places of worship, lobbies, courtyards, rooftops, plazas, and much more. They have brought us as far south as Florida, as far north as Massachusetts, and as far west as California. Our team of architects and designers brings their diverse background and experience to bear on each project combined with a precise attention to detail and client service. Qualifications
  • 2-10 years in‑firm experience
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree from an accredited architecture program
  • Licensure is not required
  • Proficient in Revit, 2+ years experience
  • Passion for design and conveying ideas artistically
  • Technically proficient in coordination and completion of construction documentation
Responsibilities as Senior Staff (5+ years experience)
  • Five or more years of experience, licensed or unlicensed architect who exercises independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques, solves problems when encountered, and receives guidance on complex projects.
  • Licensed or unlicensed architect competent in all conventional aspects of architecture. Performs work requiring independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Independently solves problems encountered. Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex issues and supervisory approval on proposed project plans.
Responsibilities as Junior Staff (2+ years experience)
  • Full‑time Architectural Designer on the path to licensure with two to three years of experience, works from the designs of others under supervision, and performs routine and limited architectural assignments. Limited judgment is required on work details. Assignments may include higher‑level work for training/development purposes.
  • Performs specific/limited portions of assignments using prescribed methods. Under general supervision, works from the design of others and performs routine architectural assignments. Limited judgment is required on work details. Assignments may include higher‑level work for training/development purposes.
